DELIVERY INFORMATION

In the run up to Christmas we are receiving a very high volume of orders. Our usual dispatch times have been extended, please bear with us at this busy time. If you have any concerns about your order arriving in time please get in touch.

UK standard delivery costs £4.99, free UK shipping for orders over £150.  All orders are sent via Royal Mail 24HR Tracked or Special Delivery.

Your order will be wrapped in a gift box and gift envelope and will be posted in a plain unbranded cardboard postal box. Personalised messages can be added to your order on request. Please contact us with your order number to arrange.

RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your MAIRIDH purchase. All our items are handmade or hand-finished to order.

Returnable items:

All In-stock items (which are items in our online store that have an 'Add to Cart' checkout button) can be returned and refunded if we are informed within 14 days of the order date. Returns will be refunded if received within 28 days provided they are:

  • Unworn
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging
  • Not a pair of earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only once the piece has been inspected and approved. Please note that original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Made to Order (Non-returnable) items:

All Pre-Order items (which are items in our online store that have a 'Pre-Order' checkout button) will be handmade especially for you and are final sale which means they are not eligible for return. 

We welcome our customers to get in touch prior to placing an order for non-returnable items. We can provide personalised advice and a product sample service to help you feel more informed in your decision. If you have any questions or would like to discuss a special order please don't hesitate to get in touch via our contact form here.

If you ever experience an issue with any of our items whether categorised as In'Stock or Pre-Order, please be reassured that we will work with you to help resolve it. Although we do not offer a general repairs or an alteration service, we are happy to assess your piece and, where the design allows, carry out any necessary repairs or adjustments.

We kindly ask customers to check their ring size carefully before placing an order. We offer one complimentary ring size adjustment within 6 weeks of purchase, where the design allows.

48-Hour Order Amendment Window

You may amend or cancel a Pre-Order within 48 hours of placing your order.
After this period, production or sourcing begins and the order becomes final sale.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for jewellery that has been exposed to significant force, accidental damage, improper care, or excessive wear and tear.
